What are your income qualifications?


Income must be three times monthly rent, no evictions or balances owed to previous apartment communities, and good payment history.

What is acceptable proof of income to sign a lease?


Pay stub/check or Bank Statement confirming monthly deposits.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?


All lease holders must pass credit & background check.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?


Yes, if the terms of lease are met & there are no charges against the apartment after move out has been completed.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?


Lease will be enforced per TAA standards.

What lease terms do you offer?


9 or 12 month lease terms.

When is my rent payment due?


Rent is due the 1st day of each month.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?


Late fees are charged on the 4th day of the month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?


Rent shall be paid through the Resident Online Portal.
